'Medical Services and Protection Act-2018' has been finalized for proper management and control of healthcare organizations in order to provide safe and public health services to the public.
It will now be presented at any time in the cabinet.The legislation was finalized after the draft review meeting of 'Medical Services and Protection Act-2018' at the Secretariat on Monday noon. In the meeting, Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammad Nasim presided over the meeting.It is said in the meeting that the government has taken initiative to make new laws to ensure public safety and to provide quality medical services. When the law is enacted, the protection of the person, organization and health care provider and responsibility will be ensured.
