Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has urged the bank owners to reduce the bank interest rates.

She said, the bank's interest rates will be reduced. To get a single digit. If not, the investment is not possible. Traders will not be interested in investing if interest rates are high. Business will not increase in the country and employment will not be created.Sheikh Hasina said this to the members of the Bangladesh Association of Banks (BAB) organizations of the bank owners' organization at the Prime Minister's official Ganobhaban residence on Friday afternoon. According to the pre-programmed program, leaders of the bank owners' organization went to Ganobhaban to donate money to the Prime Minister's Relief Fund.On behalf of various banks, a grant of Tk 163 crore was given to the Prime Minister's Relief Fund on behalf of various banks.
